You may be in your final year, or a year or two past it. You have the qualification. What you do not have is a way to show an employer what you can actually do — because nobody has yet given you the chance to do it.
That is not a failing on your part. It is a gap in the system, and it is the gap we work in.

How it works
You learn by doing the work, alongside people who have done it before.
Fursan Academy builds the capability over twenty-four weeks. Fursan Al Thakaa is the faster route — an eight-week competition where you prove it in front of employers. The problems you work on in both are real ones, set by employers through Maydan. Murshid pairs you with someone who knows your industry from the inside. Majlis keeps you connected long after you are placed.
What happens next
Here is what happens after you get in touch.
- We talk. A short conversation about where you are and what you want. Nothing is decided, and nothing is owed.
- You find your direction. An assessment, and an honest picture of your strengths — including the ones you had not counted.
- You build. A pathway chosen for the work you want, not a general course.
- You prove it. Real briefs, properly assessed, and a portfolio with your name on it.
- You are introduced. To employers who have seen your work, not only your CV.
- You settle in. We stay with you through the first months, because that is where most placements quietly fail. Later, when you are ready, you come back as a mentor.
Being straight with you
Not everyone who joins will be placed, and anyone who promises otherwise is selling something.
What we promise: preparation tied to what employers are actually hiring for, evidence you own, access to people you would struggle to reach alone, honest feedback about where you stand, and support through your first months.
What we do not promise: a guaranteed job, a guaranteed salary, or that every pathway suits every person. Where a placement forms part of a programme, you will have the terms in writing before you commit — including what happens if you are not matched.

Before you start
- Is this for me if I have already graduated?
- Yes. Most people who join have.
- Do I have to pay?
- It depends on the pathway, and on whether an employer or university is sponsoring it. Any fee is quoted in full, in dirhams, before you enrol.
- How much time will it take?
- It varies by pathway. The commitment is published before you start, so you can weigh it against your studies or your job.
- Will I get a job at the end?
- Not guaranteed. You will get preparation, evidence and introductions — which is what makes a job likely, not certain.
- I studied something unrelated to the work I want. Does that matter?
- Less than you think. What you can do matters more than what you read.
- Is it in English or Arabic?
- Both. The language is stated before you start, and support is available in Arabic throughout.
- What if I am already working?
- Then you are further along than you think. Several pathways are built around people in a first role.
- Who actually sees my work?
- Employers, with your permission, and you can see exactly what was shared.
- What happens to my information?
- We use it to help you, we tell you what we hold, and you can ask us to delete it.
- What if I do not know what I want yet?
- That is a reason to start, not a reason to wait. The first step is finding out.
